During this one-hour session our expert speaker, Jenni Guthrie, will explore what autism and autistic experience is – and is not – and how that relates to social work and social care. She will focus on specific contexts where autistic adults may become involved with social care services, including safeguarding and autistic parenting. Jenni will then consider how professionals can work relationally with autistic adults using the Autistic SPACES framework.
